New Year, New Syrup Season, and New Website!

Welcome to our new website! As we are approaching the beginning of syrup season, there has been many preparations taking place over the last few months. Lots of wood being chopped, a new sugar shack being built, the purchase of a reverse-osmosis unit to aid in decreasing how much time we must boil in the evaporator. Numbering an additional 50 trees bringing us to a total of 100 trees that we are tapping this year! Cleaning the barn and all the equipment and purchasing sap collection bags, holders, and of course more bottles! We are going to tap the trees the first weekend of February! We are so excited!
